How I Work

Practicalities

Coronovirus restrictions: At the moment I am available face to face and online via zoom. The availability of face to face sessions is subject to review depending on government guidelines and infection risks.


The Initial Session

I offer a £10 introductory session (£20 for couples) to explore whether we want to work together.
You can ask me questions to get a feel for who I am.


Thereafter

Once we have agreed to work together, we would normally meet weekly for a fixed number of sessions, or for an open-ended period. These are things we can discuss when we meet.

My Charges

Initial Session: £10 (£20 for couples)

Thereafter:

Individuals: Sliding scale* from £55-£75 for 50 minutes.
Couples: Sliding scale* from £80-£100 for an hour.
I charge my higher rate for sessions after 5pm.
In the case of one-off or occasional meetings, I also charge my higher rate.
Longer sessions can be arranged pro-rata.

Fees are reviewed annually in January.

*We work out an appropriate rate for you given your finances and circumstances. The lowest rate is always available during the day, for those who need it.
